MTI provides technical assistance, troubleshooting and on-site service and repair for any interactive solution, whether MTI built it or not. Customer service representatives can be reached anytime 24/7 by calling 1-800-426-6844, ext. 1, or by sending an email to cservice@mti-interactive.com. If an MTI Field Service representative can’t help a client over the phone or online, an MTI-certified technician is available on call within two hours driving time of the top 50 U.S. metropolitan areas. MTI’s functionality assurance contract service plans are completely customizable, and a la carte options are available as well.
Phone and email inquiries will receive a response within four hours between 7AM and 5PM PDT Monday-Friday. Responses are guaranteed within six hours between 5PM and 7AM Monday-Friday and on weekends.
