Summary
As our RMT I, you will provide in-store retail merchandising services
for retailers and manufacturers, according to both the clients and
MTI’s standards and expectations. Essential duties and responsibilities
include:
- Shows commitment to working safe, including traveling to
and from project sites
- Communicates with large retail customers regarding scope
of work
- Complete special project execution; display assembly, video
distribution installation, product merchandising
- Installs various MTI components and/or displays
- Ensures merchandising compliance as required by client
agreement and/or scope of work
- Makes certain all sign-offs are received from customer
and are forwarded to MTI Service Department within 24 hours
of completion of job
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
- Two (2) or more years experience in a related field such as:
electronics home installation, satellite/cable installation, car
audio installation
- Other low voltage/IT installation applications or integrations
a plus
- Proven working knowledge of consumer electronics
- Commercial cabinetry or fixture experience helpful
- Excellent hand/eye coordination
- Solid working knowledge of power tools
- Reliable automobile
- Proof of automobile insurance
- Clean MVR (no more than three (3) moving traffic violations
in the last five (5) years, no DUI, reckless driving or similar
in the last five (5) years)
- Must have own basic hand tools
(screwdrivers, pliers, crimpers) and cordless power drill
