Virgin Megastores wanted to improve their wireless phone merchandising by featuring Sprint and Virgin Mobile side-by-side. The challenge would be to allow two vastly different brand voices to coexist and thrive within Virgin’s established backstage motif.

MTI designed a 250sq ft shop-in-shop that would keep each brand of products separate using its own graphics and messaging, yet provide customer-friendly accessibility to both. Freedom LP provided power and security for up to 18 active phones, and four interactive touch screens gave customers a step-by-step way of determining which brand would best fit their needs. Messaging developed by our content services specialists provided a consistent voice while retaining each brand’s identity.
