"Playground" concept store

T-Mobile wanted to develop a “best practices” concept store, which combined state-of-the-art interactive merchandising with a fresh brand look and feel, all while retaining their current brand equity.

MTI partnered to develop a fixture program featuring lifestyle-driven merchandising with additional accessories to promote add-on sales. Screens displayed SKU-activated product information that, upon user activation, became a touch-screen interface capable of driving dynamic product comparison, rate and plan information, and a cart builder experience that promoted add-on accessory sales.
